- Will using PanDee ever cost me more?
- No. You pay exactly what's on the bill – same scan, same price. The rewards and the climate contribution are funded by the merchant, never added to your total.
- How is this different from a normal scan payment?
- Scan like you always do, with the same bank app you already use — and rewards plus verified climate action stack on top of the payment you were making anyway.
- Do I need a new bank account or a different banking app?
- No new bank account and no change to how you pay. You keep using your existing bank. The PanDee app is where your rewards wallet lives and where you find partner merchants nearby — it sits alongside your bank, it doesn't replace it.

- Is my data safe, and is PanDee affiliated with PromptPay or my bank?
- Your email is collected only to invite you to the beta and is handled in line with Thailand's PDPA — we'll never share it. PanDee is an independent service that works alongside PromptPay on the national QR rail; it isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ITMX, PromptPay, or the Bank of Thailand.
