- Will using PunDee ever cost me more?
- No. You pay exactly what's on the bill – same shops, same price. The rewards and the climate contribution are funded by the merchant, never added to your total.
- How is this different from shopping normally?
- You shop at the same places and pay the same way, with the same bank app you already use — and rewards plus verified climate action stack on top of the payment you were making anyway.
- Do I need a new bank account or a different banking app?
- No new bank account and no change to how you pay. You keep using your existing bank. The PunDee app is where your rewards wallet lives and where you find partner merchants nearby — it sits alongside your bank, it doesn't replace it.
- What kind of rewards can I earn?

- How do I know the climate impact is real and not greenwashing?
- Every green payment sends real money to mangrove, forest, and seagrass projects doing the actual work in Thailand. Each contribution is logged in your name with a reference you can check any time, independently verified by TGO — Thailand's official greenhouse-gas authority.
- If I'm not paying extra, who pays for the rewards and the carbon?
- Merchants do. Partner shops fund the rewards and the climate contribution because the green QR brings them customers who care about where they spend. That's why your price never changes.
- Is my data safe, and is PunDee affiliated with PromptPay or my bank?
- Your mobile number is collected only to invite you to the beta and is handled in line with Thailand's PDPA — we'll never share it. PunDee is an independent service that works alongside PromptPay on the national QR rail; it isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ITMX, PromptPay, or the Bank of Thailand.
