PanDee is currently a pre-launch waitlist. This notice explains what we collect from this page today, why, and how it's handled in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
Just your email address, submitted through the waitlist form on this page. We don't ask for your name, phone number, bank details, or PromptPay account information to join the waitlist.
Why we collect it
Solely to let you know when early access opens and to share occasional updates about the private beta. We will never share your email with merchants, advertisers, or any other third party, and we don't use it for anything beyond contacting you about PanDee.
How it's stored
When you join, your email is stored securely on Google's cloud infrastructure, where only our team can access it. We keep it only for as long as needed to run the waitlist and early-access rollout. If PanDee launches a full account system, this notice will be updated before any additional personal data is collected.
Analytics
We use PostHog, a product-analytics service, to understand how people use this page — such as pages viewed, clicks, and whether a waitlist signup succeeds. When you join the waitlist, your email is also sent to PostHog so we can link that signup to these events. This data is used only to improve PanDee and is never sold or used for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your email at any time, and unsubscribe whenever you like. Reply to any email we send you and we'll action your request — no form, no friction.
Changes to this notice
As PanDee moves from waitlist to live product, this page will be updated to cover payment, rewards, and carbon retirement data — always in plain language, before that data is collected.
