PanDee is in private beta and not yet publicly available in Thailand. These terms cover joining the waitlist on this page — nothing more.
Joining the waitlist
Submitting your email registers your interest in early access to PanDee. It's free, it's not a purchase, and it doesn't create an account, open a PromptPay-linked wallet, or commit you to anything.
No guarantee of access or timing
Being on the waitlist doesn't guarantee an invite to the private beta or any particular launch date. We're rolling out access gradually across Thailand as we onboard TGO-whitelisted green merchants.
How PanDee works, in plain terms
PanDee works alongside PromptPay, not in place of it — you keep paying the same way, at the same price. Rewards and carbon retirement described on this site are funded by participating merchants, never added to what you pay. PanDee is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ITMX (National ITMX Co., Ltd.), PromptPay, or the Bank of Thailand.
Leaving the waitlist
You can ask to be removed at any time — reply to any email we send, and we'll take you off the list. See our Privacy notice for how your email is handled until then.
Changes
As PanDee moves from waitlist to a live product, these terms will be replaced with full terms of service covering payments, rewards, and carbon retirement — published before launch, in plain language.
